	23 May 2002 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I would like to offer my recommendation of Al's Cleaning Ltd. They have been in charge of the building cleaning at The Artiste, a five-story apartment building of just over 200 suites, since its opening in the fall of 1997. Outside of the regular building maintenance cleaning, such as the cleaning of all the common areas, and seasonal waxing and buffing of the hall floors, we have employed them with much success to do additional jobs like pressure-washing of the underground parking areas and outside around the building in general. They have also been in charge of any month end suite cleaning that may be necessary due to vacating tenants. I understand many of the tenants over the years have used their services to clean their apartments on a weekly or biweekly basis as well. All have been happy with their services. On occasion, they have been called in to the building to deal with some very unpleasant cleaning crisis that occured on their days off and yet they always came promptly. I have found them to be hard working, and always ready to extend themselves to meet any tasks required of them, as well as many tasks that far exceed the perimeters of their actual job description.
